After you place your order, we’ll email you a DHL shipping label for domestic shipping, which you can use to conveniently send your device to our service center. Of course, we’ll also cover the cost of return shipping once the service is complete. Once we receive your printer, our technicians will thoroughly inspect it. You will then receive a transparent estimate for the potential repair.

Costs:

Important shipping information:
To avoid damage during transport, the printer must be packed correctly:
- Shipped only in the original manufacturer’s box, including the foam padding
- Remove the consumables (remove the paper roll and ink ribbon first)
- Please be sure to include a brief description of the problem with your shipment.
- For CY02 and RX1 printers: Be sure to use the printhead protective pad
Devices that are not properly packaged for shipping may be damaged during transit. If you no longer have the original box, please contact us.
