ADOX Film Retriever

The ADOX Film Retriever is an indispensable accessory for analog photographers. It makes it easy to pull the film leader out of the cartridge without having to break it open.
Ideal for photographers who want to reuse their film cartridges or create creative double exposures.

How to Use the Film Retriever:

1. Slide both sliders to the starting position so that all ends are inside the cartridge.
2. Insert the upper slider all the way into the film cartridge while keeping the lower slider in place at the bottom.
3. Carefully turn the film spool until you hear a “click”—stop immediately.
4. Now slide the lower slider into the film cartridge as well.
5. Pull the cartridge firmly off the Retriever, and the film tip will slide out.
