These films are properly stored and can be used well beyond the best-by date. The date mentioned is not an expiration date (as with food) but simply the time specified by the manufacturer by which the film should be developed; experience shows that this time can be exceeded by a wide margin.

KODAK Pro Image 100 is a medium-speed (ISO 100) color negative film that offers high color saturation, accurate colors, and pleasing skin-tone reproduction. It also provides a good margin for underexposure. The film is particularly well-suited for portrait and wedding photography as well as social events and can be stored at room temperature—even in hot, humid climates. Its print characteristics are similar to those of KODAK Gold film.
